◎简　　介

　　故事讲述违法的生化武器「K-55」从大学研究所被偷走，被埋在雪山之中，只要气温上升冰雪融化，病毒就会开始散播，造成大量人类死亡。犯人以全国人民作人质，要求3亿赎金。不料犯人发出恐吓之后就因为车祸而死。

　　主角栗林和幸（阿部宽 饰）作为研究所最资深的研究员，奉所长之命去找回K-55，他的研究工作不顺利，也被儿子嫌弃，陷入中年危机。因为武器地点在滑雪场，和幸带同懂滑雪的儿子秀人一起进行搜寻任务，在极有限的线索中，危机不断向他们袭来，到底他们能否逆转危机？
